The violent demonstrations in Jujuy against reforms to the local constitution, with activists throwing rocks, burning cars and trying to set fire to the provincial legislature, is just a dress rehearsal of the “play” Kirchnerites are likely to open next December, after losing the general elections. It goes without saying that the director of the coming horror show is their boss, Cristina Fernández de Kirchner. Jujuy riots have also worked as a smoke curtain, distracting us from the disappearance and murder of Cecilia Strzyzowski in Chaco, so linked to local politics. They always show their true (pitch dark) colors. It’s in their nature.
